Is this just for midlife women?

Most of my clients are in their 40s-50s, but if you're navigating burnout, reinvention, or building a sustainable life—you're welcome here regardless of age.

Will you tell me to quit my job / leave my relationship / blow up my life?

No. This isn't about dramatic transformation. It's about realignment—making small, sustainable changes that actually fit your life. And actually I don't tell anyone to do anything.  My clients come to decisions about change on their own. 

How is this different from therapy?

I'm not a therapist, and this isn't therapy. Therapy helps you process the past and understand why you feel the way you do. I'm your coach—helping you prep for the game of life. The life you truly desire, not the one you think you should want. I help you listen to what you already know, see the patterns keeping you stuck, and build the skills to play differently. Therapy helps you understand yourself. Coaching helps you trust yourself and take action.

Can I do this if I'm still working full-time / raising kids / managing a business?

Yes. That's exactly who this is for. You don't have to quit your job or blow up your life to make change. This is about realignment, not transformation. Small, sustainable shifts that fit into the life you already have—so you can actually live it instead of just surviving it.

I've tried other coaches/programs and nothing stuck. Why would this be different?

Most programs focus on motivation and willpower—which is why they don't stick. This is about systems, not willpower. Seasonal rhythms, not rigid routines. Editing your life, not adding more to it. And I'm not here to fix you, because you're not broken. I'm here to help you see the patterns, simplify what's not working, and build structures that support you—even when motivation fades.

Do I need to be sober to work with you?

 No. My sobriety is my story, not a requirement for yours. That said, if you're using alcohol (or busyness, or people-pleasing, or scrolling) to numb out, we'll talk about it. Because you can't build a sustainable life while actively avoiding it. But sobriety isn't the goal—clarity is.
